Indeed, ImmoPass (a innovative proptech startup originally from Belgium) has just made his service available since August 2019 for people willing to acquire a property in Luxembourg.

ImmoPass offers a full set of technical inspection analyses, including among others : building facades insulation, water installations and various canalizations inspections, internal detection of humidity, evidence of parasites or mushrooms (like dry rot), quality of windows and general hygiene conditions. 

After the onsite visit, Immopass experts deliver a drafting report including 80 control points to the potential buyer who is then able to check any technical defects on  the considered property and to assess potential renovation costs.
